So, who's it for and what's it about?
Jason Maling’s live art project invited conversation with random subjects curious enough to make an appointment with the anomalous Vorticist. Through word of mouth or a mysterious card passed from one to another, potential visitors were led to a website where appointments with The Vorticist could be made. The simple concept featured a series of decorative letterforms spelling The Vorticist’s name, and arranged together with bemusing questions to mirror the shape of a spinning top, an integral element of one’s visit to The Vorticist.
